Venue: Corporate, Contempary or Funky?

When picking a venue, you normally want it to look as good as possible and within your budget.
Once you have reserved the venue you may need to dress it with lighting and fabric
Remember you can uplight inside as well as outside.. in colours that represent your company

Colour Co-ordination

Hopefully you have a good idea of the colours you like? if not there are tried and tested colours which work well (Gold and blue, purple and aqua etc) Remember that once you have a colour scheme everything can be dressed and lit according to how you want it. Whether it be lighting your wall/Building, dressing your Display boards or lighting up of a product

Pictures: Displaying and taking.

Make sure your lighting looks good for photos, too bright and it can look terrible! Too dark and most images will get blurred or will be unfocused! If you do have press attending your conference getting the pictures right are a must!

Projectors: Remeber you may want to show some powerpoint presentations, if you do a high quality projector is a must. Contact us for a quote

Delegates:

You can amplify each person in the conference or you can hire a lecturn where each delegate must go to to be heard
With the lecturn you will most likely have more structure to you event.

All of the above lighting systems can be manned, dry hired or just setup by us. All depending on your budget and exact needs
